Vlizedlab virtualisation lab

In this lab, a user can use and explore a wide variety of software systems and operating systems in a standardised virtualisation environment - the Vlizedlab.

In addition to a wide range of Linux variants, various Windows versions are also available. In principle, a customised (virtual) PC can be built and rolled out very quickly for each project, meaning that tailor-made IT solutions can be implemented at any time. And because the PCs are protected and shielded, everything can be safely administered by the students themselves. In addition, several virtual PCs can be operated and networked simultaneously. The ‘VlizedLab’ consists exclusively of open source components and can be used at any educational institution free of licence costs. In addition, a wide variety of computers can be built, tested and evaluated from various hardware components.
