Energy Globe Styria for the FIRST project

On 4 June 2025, the FIRST research project was awarded the Energy Globe Styria in the research category. Together with the Montanuniversität Leoben, AVL and the Energy Institute of JKU Linz, Forschung Burgenland developed a bidirectional high-temperature electrolysis and fuel cell system. The project demonstrates the potential of this technology for a sustainable energy future.
