The establishment of a dedicated focus group laboratory should expand the research possibilities with focus group discussions. A significant additional benefit of focus group discussions in market research is the possibility for third parties to observe the discussion live through a one-way mirror in an adjoining room. A modern audio and video system enables recording and subsequent scientifically sound evaluation and analysis of the data.
