ANDA Symposium

The Department of Health at FH Burgenland is responsible for the scientific support, preparation, organisation, implementation and follow-up of the ANDA Nursing Symposium for 300 nursing directors at the Kultur Kongress Zentrum in Eisenstadt from 22-23 June 2023. During the preparation phase, a comprehensive programme on the symposium topic "Working World Nursing 4.0" will be designed in consultation with the ANDA representatives. The acquisition and organisation of key note speakers for the scientific presentations at the symposium is another important task. In addition, as part of the scientific support in the run-up to the symposium, a quantitative cross-sectional survey on the topic of the symposium will be conducted among nursing directors and nursing staff, analysed and presented at the symposium. The scientific preparation, implementation and follow-up of workshops during the symposium on the topics of "Finding employees for nursing care" and "Retaining employees in the long term" will be carried out by the interdisciplinary project team from the Burgenland University of Applied Sciences. The follow-up included the evaluation of the symposium as well as the preparation and provision of the key results.
