Once the b.el@k project has been completed, the acceptance of its use and other relevant factors will be surveyed at the Office of the Burgenland Provincial Government and the district authorities. To this end, around 2,000 employees will be surveyed on the basis of established acceptance models.

Once the b.el@k project has been completed, the acceptance of its use and other relevant factors will be surveyed at the Office of the Burgenland Provincial Government and the district administrative centres. Around 2,000 employees will be surveyed for this purpose. In consultation with the client, the factors to be measured will be operationalised on the basis of established acceptance models, e.g. TAM, UTAUT or extensions of these.
