The Department of Social Affairs at the Burgenland University of Applied Sciences was commissioned by the kultur.GUT.natur association to carry out the required accompanying evaluation as part of the flagship project "Climate protection gives autonomy!", within the framework of which this evaluation report is presented.

The flagship project, which will run from 15 February 2016 to 15 February 2017, is being funded by the Climate and Energy Fund and will subsequently serve as the basis for developing a concept for use in various climate and energy model regions. The individual workshops in the workshop series were accompanied by evaluators from the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland in order to create the basis for the evaluation report through participant observation and, in some cases, subsequent surveys.
