On behalf of the Austrian Health Insurance Fund (ÖGK), the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland, Department of Health & Social Affairs is evaluating the Raabtal Health Network. This is the first primary care network in Burgenland, which has been in operation since October 2019. The aim is to focus on both the current requirements of patient care and international quality standards for primary care.
The evaluation of the primary care network is carried out in qualitative and quantitative terms with the aim of assessing the impact on the quality of care for patients. Three perspectives are taken into account in order to gain a comprehensive understanding: System perspective, provider perspective, patient perspective.
