Burgenland University of Applied Sciences
The Burgenland University of Applied Sciences is currently implementing a project on the topic of workplace health promotion and workplace transition management entitled "Fit for the future - shaping healthy transitions in the workplace". This involves the active, preventative and health-promoting design of working conditions and the transition from the working phase to the post-employment phase in order to minimise the risks of a critical life event or transition and to build up and expand coping resources. Forschung Burgenland was commissioned with the external evaluation of the project.
Evaluation is an important part of the health promotion process. Among other things, it contributes to quality assurance and thus to the successful implementation of health promotion projects. The subject of the external evaluation is the structural and results evaluation. Further tasks of the external evaluation are the preparation of a final report / the summarisation of the evaluation results and the completion of the FGÖ evaluation questionnaire.
In line with a participatory approach, the University of Applied Sciences Burgenland is involved in both the strategic planning and the organisational implementation of the evaluation.
