The research work deals with the effects of AI along the value chain of the media landscape in Austria (from "creation" to "audience"), as well as with media ethics and regulatory aspects. The Burgenland University of Applied Sciences is responsible for the qualitative part of the expert interviews and desk research into current practices. The overall study, carried out jointly with the St. Pölten UAS, supports RTR as a broadcasting and technology regulatory authority in its strategic and operational work in the field of AI and media. The results serve as a basis for the design of RTR's AI service centre.
