The project comprises the systematic development of three practice-oriented AI use cases, the validation of the use cases, the communication of the basics of artificial intelligence in a lecture and a participatory World Café format.
The AI use cases focussed on digital transformation processes in public administration:
1. social media management: design of an AI-based system for the efficient creation of Facebook posts
2. administrative optimisation: AI-based analysis and systematisation of the second residence tax
3. citizen service: testing of an AI-supported chatbot as a subsidy advisor in the "Housing & Construction" area.
The project was implemented in close consultation with the stakeholders, with the final World Café serving as an interactive platform for feedback and further development. The narrowly defined project scope ensured focussed and efficient implementation.
