SEEDS & SKILLS aims to restore and improve the social and environmental systems in which tourism businesses operate. To this end, it provides tailored learning opportunities for teachers and students in vocational and higher education institutions, as well as for tourism businesses and other key stakeholders in the tourism sector.

The main objective of the project is to equip these agents of change with skills in the field of regenerative tourism that meet the current demands of the labour market, in order to drive meaningful change in their local communities.

The outcomes that SEEDS & SKILLS aims to achieve are:

Equipping tourism stakeholders with the skills and competences required to implement and promote regenerative practices;

Improving vocational training curricula and degree programmes in the fields of tourism, business and sustainability by creating a new digital space and innovative training courses that enhance the learning and application of regenerative tourism practices;

Collecting good examples and disseminating them in an engaging format (scrollytelling);

Promoting cooperation networks and regenerative tourism practices through dialogue and a jointly drafted manifesto.
