13 similar test sample houses were erected on the Baumit factory premises to evaluate different building materials. As part of the already completed project "Experimental and numerical investigation of the sorption behaviour of different building materials" from 2017, results were presented for several operating scenarios in the form of a results matrix with a simple evaluation of the system behaviour. This model house park was equipped with extensive sensor technology to record the thermal comfort behaviour and the moisture transport behaviour of the walls. As sensors change their properties over time due to ageing, Baumit recalibrated the sensors using the standards of Forschung Burgenland.
