The Burgenland Regional Court of Audit (BLRH) has commissioned Burgenland University of Applied Sciences to carry out a comprehensive customer survey to evaluate how it is perceived and the impact it has on various target groups. The survey targeted both external stakeholders – specifically businesses and local authorities that have been audited over the past ten years – as well as current and former members of the Burgenland State Parliament.
The aim of the survey was to gain a meaningful picture of how the work of the BLRH is perceived, assessed and evaluated in terms of its significance. Furthermore, the survey aims to provide input for the future direction and further development of the BLRH. The survey was conducted via an online questionnaire.
The main topics covered in the questionnaire include:
1. Perception of and personal contacts with the BLRH
2. Assessment of the BLRH’s work to date
3. Assessment of the BLRH’s significance and impact
4. Expectations, future prospects and areas for further development regarding the BLRH
