Expert survey on HR software solutions

The diversity in the use of HR software solutions is growing nationally and internationally and is becoming increasingly relevant. This raises the question of the expansion of interfaces between existing software providers. A survey of HR employees who are responsible for selecting HR software is being conducted via the extensive alumni and student network. A scientific survey (qualitative) and a short survey (quantitative) are being conducted. The interviews will be conducted with strategic decision-makers in globally active companies and will focus on the use and selection process of HR software.
